Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders,
  • Manage and oversee all internal processes related to stakeholders, assisting with both business and personal tasks,
  • Organize and manage complex calendars, prioritizing commitments to optimize time and productivity,
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences for the executive,
  • Handle all administrative support functions, including document organization and meeting preparation,
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements and be open to traveling when required,
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow to facilitate effective communication and decision-making,
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for internal & external meetings including developing meeting agendas, writing minutes, and distributing key documents to meeting attendees

Qualifications

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
  • Good command of English,
  • At least 5 years of experience in Top Executive Assistant,
  • Ability to use MS Office programs effectively,
  • Strong communication and representation skills,
  • Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills
