As an Executive Assistant you will have the opportunity of: 

  • Executive and administrative support to 3 Executives.
  • Managing complex calendars.
  • Organization of internal and external events, travel arrangements for the executives, including Visa & Passport related assistance.
  • Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, presentations and reports as requested by the executive.
  • Deadline keeper, ensuring tasks and projects are completed on time.
  • Expenses control.
  • Ensure a smooth  work experience at the office by connecting with the facilities and IT teams.
  • Maintain the current filing and database system, always looking for new ways to improve the current systems.
  • Help the executives to build a rituals governance for their teams.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who has:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4  years experience in similar positions
  • English Level: Advanced 
  • Availability to work in the office hybridly as per the requirements of the area and their Nu Way of Work calendar.
  • Ability to work as a team and negotiate with different third parties.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with effective attention to detail.
  • Hunger to learn and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to work on a fast paced environment
