Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment? As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations for multiple Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) within our organization. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact, working at the intersection of global teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
What you will be doing?
- Administrative support: Manage executive calendars, coordinate schedules, process invoices, and oversee travel & expense approvals.
- Travel coordination: Organize international trips, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
- Meeting organization: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups for efficient execution.
- Document management: Create, edit, and maintain accurate records, reports, and presentations.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for SVPs, managing correspondence with professionalism.
- Event planning: Coordinate conferences, events, and other business functions, including logistics and supplier relations.
- Project support: Assist in planning and executing key projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
What will you need to be successful?
- Experience: At least 5 years in executive support within an international environment or in organizing high-level events.
- Skills: Exceptional organization, time-management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must; experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar systems is a plus.
- Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and time zones.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
