Who you are:

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments for our Executives. You enjoy building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You can prioritize projects, resolve problems, and pay attention to detail. Most importantly, this role is about providing top-quality support and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain knowledge of organizational operations, organizational procedures and personnel
  • Relieves supervisor of some administrative detail
  • Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • 3 – 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant
