Your new role

As our new Executive Assistant, you will support the leadership team in our E&H division with a wide range of tasks. You will work closely with them to assist with day-to-day running of their units, including preparation of agendas and minutes for senior leadership meetings, calendar/diary management, and travel and venue booking. Alongside this, there is a significant focus on this role towards independent development slide deck preparation for meetings, providing ideas and insights into problem solving as well as helping out in change management processes in the E&H unit. This role will be perfect for someone who has strong administrative ability and diligence, who also wants to have the opportunity to grow further and have an active involvement of the running of one of Ramboll’s key business units.


Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Primary support to Country Market Director for E&H Denmark and Europe director for E&H
  • Assist with day-to-day running of the department through calendar management, travel and venue booking, time sheet and expense review.
  • Help to create presentations for senior leadership meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact for leadership, as well as writing communications on their behalf.
  • Coordination of training and courses.
  • Help with onboarding new team members, ordering IT equipment, introducing colleagues to Ramboll systems and processes.
  • Help to set agendas for leadership meetings, brainstorming and discussing ideas with the team.



About you

  • Proven executive support experience, preferably with high level/senior leadership in a globally oriented company.
  • Solid experience and proficiency working with key office software such as Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Flexible and structured attitude, with a good eye for detail.
  • Fluent English and Danish language abilities are vital for the role.
