Job objective: This is an exciting role in a growing company. In this role, you will directly assist and work with the Chief Technology Officer in achieving his goals for the organization. You will have a secondary function of providing general administrative support to his executive direct reports. You will support the CTO and his executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, expensing, and additional administrative work. In addition to administrative support, you will assist in the creation of briefings, reports, and other materials that guide the work of the engineering, technology, and machine learning functions of the company. documents to communicate the help maintain an efficient workflow within the department.
This role will deal with confidential information, so trust and discretion will be required. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of general administrative responsibilities, executive assistance, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Duties:
- Assist with planning and overseeing technology-related projects, ensuring they align with company objectives
- Manage the CTO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for CTO and CTO’s senior leadership team
- Support in the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports to leadership and/or stakeholders
- Assist with internal and external communications as needed, ensuring the CTO is well-informed on key company updates
- Track project progress, timelines, and milestones, keeping the CTO informed of key developments and helping shape the vision of select projects
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for the CTO
- Providing insights and assisting the executive in making informed decisions, anticipating the needs of executives and stakeholder
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting C-suite
- Significant experience & highly proficient working in a Microsoft environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams, customers, and external vendors
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to bring a “move with urgency” mindset while achieving excellence in tasks
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Startup experience, tech industry experience, and/or Defense/Aerospace/Military experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment (preferred)

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is:
$79,300—$105,100 USD
