Title: Executive AssistantAbout this Job

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support Energy CX’s co-owner.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exhibits excellent communication skills, and is extremely organized.

Each day in this role will present new challenges and opportunities, offering exposure to multiple facets of the business and the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events, while managing conflicts
  • Communication Management: Screening, prioritizing, and responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of senior leadership
  • Document Preparation: Creating reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Information Management: Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing briefs or summaries for decision-making
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a point of contact between the executive and stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
  • Personal Assistance: Managing appointments, errands, and other tasks when required

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-7+ years of direct experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of success
