We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to our Senior Leadership Team. As our new Executive Assistant you’ll provide the support needed to coordinate meetings, book travel, manage expenses and manage daily calendars/correspondence. We are looking for someone that’s energetic, flexible and excited to support a fast moving leadership team. This role will report to the Vice President of Strategic Operations who works across all Pango executives.
Day to Day:
- Partner with Senior Executives to provide proactive and well-organized executive and administrative support.
- Manage multiple calendars; schedule meetings and appointments while prioritizing most sensitive matters.
- Review and handle emails, flagging anything vital that requires attention.
- Coordinate travel and process travel/ad hoc expenses.
- Manage approval of team expenses, purchase orders, and Workday requests.
- Manage the coordination of team meetings and outings.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for designated senior leadership
- Support and manage small projects as needed to meet company goals and deadlines
What you bring to the table:
- 4+ years of work experience supporting multiple C-Level executives.
- Experience in a remote work environment supporting executives across the US.
- Experience in a fast paced start up type of environment within the tech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to successfully interact with all levels of senior management and associates
- An advanced proficiency in Google suite of products
- Strong time management, analytical, verbal and written communication, and project management skills.
- You have the advanced ability to multi-task and proactively anticipate the needs of executives
**This role will work mostly remote, however we are looking for candidates living within a commutable distance to our Boston office in order to attend meetings and events held there.

Pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
