We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) while providing additional support for other Go-to-Market (GTM) executive leaders, including the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Customer Officer. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and is essential in ensuring smooth operations for the CRO and the broader GTM leadership team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Executive Support to the CRO: 

  • Manage and coordinate the CRO’s complex calendar, prioritizing and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones. 
  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the CRO, ensuring efficient time management and addressing critical issues proactively. 
  • Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and documentation for meetings with stakeholders, customers, and the executive team. 
  • Screen and prioritize communications to the CRO, handling inquiries and requests as appropriate. 

Support for GTM Executives- CMO and Chief Customer Officer 

  • Provide calendar, meeting, and travel coordination support for the CMO and Chief Customer Officer.   
  • Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and manage logistics for joint initiatives among GTM leaders. 
  • Assist in planning and executing high-impact GTM events, both internal and external, ensuring that all logistical details are covered. 

 

International and Domestic Travel Coordination:  

  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and meeting schedules for the CRO, CMO, and CCO, including coordinating international travel needs and requirements. 
  • Handle expense reporting and reconciliation for the CRO, CMO, and CCO.
  • Travel with the CRO for customer roadshows, and domestic and international events, taking notes and coordinating logistics   

Project Coordination and Support: 

  • Assist in the execution of strategic projects and initiatives for the CRO and GTM leadership team. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather and organize data, reports, and other necessary materials. 
  • Maintain organized documentation and records for easy access and retrieval. 

Meeting and Event Management 

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate high-level meetings, offsite events, and team gatherings. 
  • Take notes and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure accountability and alignment among participants. 

 

Stakeholder Liaison: 

  • Act as a liaison between the offices of the GTM executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and promoting effective communication. 
  • Address inquiries and requests with professionalism, prioritizing the CRO’s availability. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. 
  • Approximately 15% of international travel is required. A passport is required with the ability to travel internationally.  
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role, supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM and project management software. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Experience in managing international travel logistics is required
