We are seeking a motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership particularly in managing tasks related to P&L responsibilities and communications. This role is ideal for individuals eager to work in a fast-paced international setting, especially those interested in contributing to our transformation program aimed at enhancing customer-centricity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives with P&L responsibilities.
- Task Organization: Assist senior leaders in organizing tasks, prioritizing projects, and ensuring timely completion of objectives.
- Communication Management: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization, acting as a liaison between executives and various departments.
- Support Transformation Initiatives: Help drive the transformation program toward a customer-centric organization by supporting project coordination and tracking progress.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents related to P&L and transformation initiatives.
- Research: Conduct research and gather information to support strategic decision-making and project goals.
- Office Management: Assist in maintaining a productive and organized office environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication, HR, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Bilingual is highly desirable for effective communication in our international environment, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
