What can you expect in a “Executive Assistant” role with TaskUs: 

In this role you would be responsible for:

  • Efficiently organize and manage executives' calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling.

  • Facilitate internal engagement initiatives, fostering collaboration among teams.

  • Handle operational requisitions and serve as the point of contact for procurement matters.

  • Manage travel logistics, ensuring smooth and cost-effective trips.

  • Prepare accurate and timely expense reports for Vice Presidents and Operations teams.

  • Create polished presentations and decks for effective communication.

  • Monitor and optimize discretionary budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility.

  • Organize events seamlessly and manage vendor relationships efficiently.

  • Provide logistics and assistance during visits by senior leadership.

  • Coordinate logistics for both potential and existing client visits.

  • Capture meeting details and track action items for timely follow-up.

  • Actively engage in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

  • Possess familiarity with project management principles and follow-up procedures.

  • Approach tasks with a strategic mindset to drive organizational goals.


Required Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or management in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling and collaboration tools.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities efficiently.

  • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to address challenges and find solutions independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees such as a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or certifications in executive administration may enhance qualifications for higher-level executive assistant positions.

  • Certifications and training related to Project Management, administration, and/ or Secretarial will be highly preferred.

  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and support the needs of executives in a dynamic work environment.

  • Proactive mindset and initiative to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and provide proactive support to executives.

  • Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel: 

  • Office Based

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (Flexible)
