The Management Assistant will provide a full range of administrative support to the Managing Director responsible for the DACH region, based at our Darmstadt office. Candidates must be fluent in German, have excellent written and spoken English and previous EA experience supporting senior level Managers. It is essential you are highly professional, detail oriented, and exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Managing Director in the demanding day-to-day business.
- Managing time, coordinating appointments, preparing for meetings and business events,
- Preparation of business reports, presentation and meeting documents.
- Handling general correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Organizing business trips, performing the expense claims
- Supporting other departments in various projects and events

Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years as an assistant supporting senior-level executives in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in German and in English
- Possess excellent organization and time management skills,
- Flexible attitude towards your work and highly reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Good proofreading and grammatical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associates Degree
