We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Revenue Leadership Team, reporting directly to the SVP of Revenue. This role is essential to driving the success of the team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and assisting with strategic initiatives. This role will also provide calendar support for 4-5 managers in the revenue org..  This role will report to the SVP of Revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Revenue Leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Act as a liaison between the Revenue Leadership Team and internal/external stakeholders, prioritizing meetings and preparing correspondence
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in planning and executing strategic projects, such as cross-functional team meetings, event planning, executive presentations, and support of ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment (healthcare or tech experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and an ability to prioritize effectively
  • The ability to work independently, solving problems and driving initiatives forward in a dynamic environment
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a rapidly changing startup culture

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Individual compensation will depend on experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, you will also have the opportunity to participate in our equity incentive plan and receive competitive benefits.
