WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who has a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You can take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and use a keen attention to detail. 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You'll handle phone coverage, correspondence, report production, scheduling and meeting coordination and preparation. You'll also screen calls, relay messages and respond to inquiries that do not require the VP's involvement; read mail and email correspondence, highlight actionable items and respond when possible; and create complex, innovative and creative presentation-quality documents. In addition, you'll make complex domestic and international travel arrangements, complete and review expense reports and handle highly confidential and sensitive material.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

As our Executive Assistant, you will support Vice President of Supply Chain Operations.

What you bring to Nike

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience required
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting a Sr. Director, VP or higher level executive within a matrixed corporate environment
  • Strong reading, writing, math and communication skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of personal computers, including MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to work flexible hours is preferred
  • Experience handling sensitive and highly confidential material is preferred
  • Previous Nike work experience is strongly preferred
