What You'll Do:
Cloudflare is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President of Revenue. This role is critical in ensuring our executive remains efficient, prepared, and focused in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As we continue to scale beyond 2,100 employees, you will be instrumental in managing priorities, streamlining operations, and fostering seamless communication across teams.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned EA who thrives on building relationships, anticipates needs before they arise, and is passionate about providing top-tier executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

  • Provide high-quality administrative assistance, ensuring discretion and attention to detail in all matters.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics such as room setups, catering, A/V setup, attendance tracking, and material preparation.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, reports, and relevant resources to ensure effective discussions and decision-making.


Calendar Management:

  • Own and manage complex calendars with precision, prioritizing scheduling based on business needs while minimizing conflicts.
  • Coordinate across multiple time zones, demonstrating agility in rearranging meetings and balancing competing priorities.
  • Ensure the executive is equipped with all necessary materials and context for meetings.


Travel & Expense Management:

  • Plan and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, optimizing time efficiency while balancing cost-effectiveness.
  • Track and manage flight changes, ensuring smooth transitions and preparedness.
  • Handle expense reporting through Navan, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.


EA Team Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with the broader EA team to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency.
  • Step in to support team-wide initiatives and special projects as needed.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with prior experience supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization.
  • Mastery of Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with major airline and travel platforms.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive, proactive, and resourceful mindset-no task is too small or too big.


Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

  • For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $122,000 - $149,000
