About This Role

The Sales Coordinator/Office Admin will work closely with management to provide administrative support. They help managers to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial, administrative, and operational responsibilities. This role will be based in Bangalore and the person we are looking for needs extensive knowledge of the organization in which she/ he works (to know who key personnel - both external and internal - and understand the organisation’s aims and objectives)

What You Will Lead

  • Coordinate and manage the sales team's activities and schedule to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, process and goals to achieve company targets.
  • Scheduling and record keeping of the sales forecast and other leadership meetings updates, follow up and helping sales team to update the SFDC, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Find opportunities for expansion and enhancement, track and evaluate sales information and industry trends.
  • Make and provide the SFDC and Clari Pipeline, forecasts and sales reports to management.
  • Assist the sales team with the validation of the customer PO, Quote, contract as per the company policies before closing the deals.
  • Keep up-to-date sales records and customer databases.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as Deal Desk, Sales ops, marketing and customer success, Professional services to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Assist the sales team administratively by putting together contracts, proposals, and other documents
  • Organising and execution of the company internal events (QBR’s, Offsite, etc.), customer/partner promotion and taking lead to identify and negotiate with the external vendors, logistics, contractors, etc. while working with company vendor management and other teams for the executions of the events.
  • Help and assist the marketing and sales teams with the planning of conferences, trade exhibits, and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products/services to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Train and onboard new sales team members, providing them with necessary resources and guidance on the company sales productivity tools.
  • Make sure that all sales efforts adhere to the company's policies, processes, and ethical standards.
  • Work together with the sales team to create and execute effective sales plans and techniques.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.​

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a Software industry
  • Strong multitasking and organizing skills with a remarkable attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish trust with both internal teams and clients.
  • Competence with office productivity tools like Google Workspace (Google drive, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google sheets, Gmail and efficiency in building the pivot table, reports and dashboards, graphs, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM software (SFDC and Clari) tools for sales automation and reporting dashboards.
  • Capacity to flourish in a deadline-driven, high-speed work environment.
  • Ability to adjust easily to shifting demands and priorities.
