WHY SPRYKER?
We are seeking a ‘Swiss army knife’ Executive Assistant and trusted partner to support our different divisional C-level management, including our CEO, CRO and CMO. You will call the play in the huddle with a quarterback- and maximal service mentality. You act on a shared approach, so that the main KPI of success in the game is our executive’s productivity, and they can focus on strategic work to fly forward Spryker's composable commerce revolution and global expansion.
You will be the hero who works behind the scenes, supporting your partners in crime. Think of it as a set of attributes that encompass sharp senses, structured problem solving under load, an ability to predict and solve future challenges that lay around the corner, being loyal, a super planner, and having the ability to convey information succinctly.

- Imagine how many new friends and acquaintances you will get? You are THE person to rely on, trust, and seek assistance; people simply love meeting you at the (real or virtual) coffee machine.
- You believe that every problem has a solution! Internal hick-ups, last-minute flight or travel cancellations, a short notice external customer meeting preparation, or our C-level not being able to find a slot in their calendar earlier than 3 weeks from now... You jump right in (if you are not already in there).
- Working with our Board-, C-Level, executive leadership, our People & Culture team, and uncountable different external stakeholders is not a walk in the park. You strive on having a million balls in the air and never miss a beat!
- Confidentiality is key. You will handle highly confidential information with ultimate professionalism.
- For you, mistakes and problems are not the focus, you easily get yourselves back on track.
- No information ever gets lost in your hands! Internal notes, memos, administrative to-do’s, bookings on time, reservations, reporting, stats, presentations - you have them all under control.
- Last but not least, you are the first person for our C-Level to secretly discuss their very own plans and crazy culture ideas! You can not wait to brainstorm with, and support our People Culture and Ops team, to keep up the skyrocketing standard of throwing THE most awesome Spryker events.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Whether you have studied or not, we care about the person and professional you are right now! You have a proven track record of being a brilliant Executive Assistant to Executive- or C-level, and have a big passion for the role.
- Ideally you come from a fast-paced, high growth and international VC backed company. You have a good understanding of the VC landscape dynamics, and have managed boards and investors.
- You measure your own success based on the productivity of our C-level team. If they are achieving, you are too!
- You are not waiting to be told what to do and there are no lengths you won’t go to achieve your desired outcomes! You have superhuman endurance and agility to multitask and find solutions to any problems.
- You breathe innovative approaches, believe everything can be improved, and have no problem speaking up when needed, or pitching new and own ideas! Moreover, you are curious about anything AI and automation related.
- You walk the talk - the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and trustworthiness is crucial for you!
- You are a people-person, empathic, service-minded and understanding, while at the same time knowing how to communicate on point and get things done with various relevant stakeholders.
- You are sharp minded, detail-oriented and structured, always one step ahead and maintaining a good overview of everything.
- You are a committed and stress-resistant assistant partner, who enjoys working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment and embraces change positively.
- Your mindset is anticipating, independent, consultative, communicative, resilient, and risk-avoiding.
- You are intellectually curious, like challenging the status quo, and learning is a natural process and inspiration for you.
- Slack, GoogleSuite, MS Office, Excel, and Powerpoint are part of your daily business.
- You speak and write English on a native level. It is a big plus if you are business fluent in both German and English.
- You are able to work from the Berlin office 3 days per week, and are excited to join the CEO on business travels 2-3 times per year.
