Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our COO and CEO. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry. We are particularly excited about candidates who are fluent in AI tooling and eager to leverage those skills to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling, including coordinating internal and external meetings.

• Arrange travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

• Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.

• Conduct research and gather information as needed.

AI Tooling & Optimization:

• Utilize AI tools (e.g., large language models, scheduling assistants, transcription software) to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for process automation, data analysis, and decision-making.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI advancements and their potential applications in the workplace.

Project Management:

• Assist with project coordination and tracking, including managing deadlines and deliverables.

• Support the COO and CEO in preparing for board meetings, investor presentations, and other key events.

• Help maintain organized and efficient record-keeping systems.

• Assist with onboarding new employees.

• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack and remote communication.

• Fluency in AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, other large language models) and a demonstrated ability to apply AI to solve problems and increase efficiency.

• Passion for MiSalud Health's mission and values.

• English and Spanish language proficiency.
