Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as a PA to a senior executive
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling communication with stakeholders.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and reminders.
Arrange and oversee complex travel itineraries.
Maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & scheduling tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
