HCL Software is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage the schedules and communications for our GTM (Go-to Market) Executive leadership. The duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have Excellent communication and written skills in English, flexible with the ability to work in US Pacific time and proficient in Google and Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)

Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management for Executive GTM leadership
- Completing all approvals on their behalf: team travel, team reimbursements, SR’s Visa requests, Transfer management, Leave etc.
- Raising their travel, domestic and international, flights, hotels, cabs etc.
- Creating expense claims and reconciling all of their reimbursements from travel and non-travel
- Raising PR’s for marketing events, sponsorship etc.
- Approachable and trusted partner for the team
- Organizing and onboard help for their new joiners
- Ad hoc projects as required

You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent English language written and verbal expression
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude: passion for helping the leader succeed is required
- Flexibility in scheduling, with possibility of a weekend availability, due to different time zones and locations
- A problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Handling office-management duties Advanced online relationship building skills
- Making travel arrangements and handling calendar events
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in supporting C-Suite leaders
