POSITION SUMMARY
This position will support the Internal Audit organization and will provide administrative support for the Vice President of Internal Audit. This role will also be responsible for team coordination/support for the broader audit team. The successful candidate will independently carry out all assigned responsibilities and balance the broad, varied and complex needs of the Internal Audit organization. The successful candidate must be able to handle multiple priorities in a professional, and confidential manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carries out a variety of administrative duties to assure the efficient operation of the Internal Audit function with a high level of independence, initiative, discretion and attention to detail.

Effectively prioritizes work, meets deadlines, while anticipating needs and requirements. Proactively support assigned leader(s) by handling all assigned responsibilities, taking directions from multiple staff members and balancing the needs of VP Internal Audit.

Manages and coordinates the schedule for the VP Internal Audit and wider Audit function. Schedules and coordinates logistics for internal and external meetings. Arrange travel schedules, travel itineraries, and reconcile T&E expenses. Organizes and prepares materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Develops documents such as charts, reports, proposals, agreements, or other types of risk assessment correspondence and maintain records of all documents.

Assists in the onboarding/offboarding activities for new hires including items such as: system access, computer set up, scheduling initial introduction meetings, developing new hire assimilation plan with input from the VP Internal Audit or Audit Leadership Team.

Monitor and assist with the maintenance of the organization’s website
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or equivalent in business administration or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience

Experience supporting a high-level leader or multiple leaders preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SAP required.

Excellent administrative, organizational and professional communication skills (verbal and written).

High level of attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Possesses organizational/prioritizing, attention to detail, communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
