Executive Administrative Assistant
We are on a search for an Executive Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will assist with supporting Legacybox’s founders' communication, organization, meetings, and strategic tasks while handling confidential information efficiently. While experience is preferred, a positive and energetic attitude and an affinity for organization can suffice. Applicants should have a creative touch and be proficient in computer programs and scheduling software. A love for day planners and staying one step ahead would be the icing on the organizational cake! Interest in Chattanooga’s startup culture and the entrepreneurial community is ideal, as the company is very involved in both.

What you’ll do:
- Oversee email communication.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for our founders.
- Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring all documents and records are organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including logistics, room setup, catering, and taking meeting minutes as needed.
- Prepare our founders for meetings and tackle any administrative to-dos after meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with tasks and strategic projects for our founders as required.
- Ability to work independently and with urgency.
Background and Experience:
- Familiar with Mac computers.
- Sharp, well-dressed, well-spoken, and able to represent the founders in certain situations.
- Proficient in current technology.
- Knowledgeable about startup/entrepreneurial culture in Chattanooga is a plus.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time.
- Pay is competitive and based on experience.
- Flexible hours, but need to be consistent and predictable (i.e., must be in the office first thing in the morning to get the day organized / started).
