How You'll Create Possibilities

Provide High-Level Administrative Support

  • Manage the GC’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision.

Act as a Communication Hub

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the GC and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle communications with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

Coordinate Meetings and Events

  • Organize agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items.
  • Ensure materials and technology are prepared for seamless execution.

Maintain Legal Documents and Files

  • Organize and safeguard legal documents, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval.

Support Legal Projects

  • Assist in planning and executing legal initiatives, tracking timelines, and delivering results.

Uphold Confidentiality

  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and the utmost discretion.

Oversee Office Operations

  • Manage supplies and liaise with facilities to keep the legal department running smoothly.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years in an executive administrative role, ideally in a legal or corporate setting.

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving prowess.
