A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Exchange Online Ops L2 expert at Corporate IT, you will partner with the global IT team, as well as global internal customers to operate, maintain and grow the global Exchange Online infrastructure and its connected services, act as level 2 expert for all activities related to it, including Outlook client L2 support for our customers. In this role, you will report to the local team lead.

- Showing excellent skills in Exchange Online, Exchange and Outlook client and mail related services
- Performing L2 operational tasks / activities for the given technologies
- Triggered by tickets, alerts, continuous maintenance, team improvements
- Being a constructive partner to all peers (L1-L3) to solve end-user or backend issues
- Show efficient and thorough documentation skills in the provided tools
- Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel
- Drive improvements and operations following ITIL standards including non-routine technical support
Skills You Bring:

- Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience in building system solutions or business applications
- 4+ years experience in working with Exchange Online and Outlook L2 operational tasks
