Job Description:

The Events Senior Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning and flawless execution of KEV's tradeshows, user conferences, webinars, and community sponsorships. This role ensures impactful, brand-consistent experiences that enhance awareness, drive lead generation, and accelerate pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted event strategies aligned with regional goals for brand awareness and pipeline generation
  • Manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, vendor negotiations, and logistics for all tradeshows, user conferences, webinars, and community sponsorships
  • Create and oversee webinar programs emphasizing client success stories and the introduction of new products
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams to align promotional strategies and optimize lead capture
  • Measure and analyze event outcomes and ROI; drive continuous improvement based on insights

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing B2B events, including tradeshows, webinars, conferences, and sponsorships
  • Previous direct management experience
  • Proven expertise in multi-event management, logistics coordination, budget control, and vendor negotiations
  • Previous experience managing events across all of North America (including the U.S) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to foster community and client relationships for advocacy and referral marketing
  • Highly organized, proactive, and meticulous with details
  • Creative marketing thinker and adept problem solver
  • Committed to delivering exceptional client and customer experiences
  • Strong leadership abilities, with excellent collaborative skills
