ServiceTitan is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive support across various event types, including tradeshows, field marketing events, and customer programs. Reporting to the Director of Events, this individual will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of a wide range of events to ensure their successful implementation, most significantly our 2 user conferences, Pantheon and Ignite.
The ideal candidate should possess energy, creativity, resourcefulness, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong background in events that contribute value to customers, impact pipelines, and foster brand affinity.
- Execute logistical and coordination tasks for the trade shows and events that the company participates in, encompassing responsibilities such as registrations, booth orders, resource allocation, vendor interactions, and additional related duties.
- Oversee email correspondence with customers regarding registration support and frequently asked questions leading up to our 2 largest user conferences.
- Support event software utilization by attendees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Salesforce, Airtable, and Cvent.
- Play a pivotal role in our flagship events by independently managing projects that are directly related to our User Conferences, Pantheon & Ignite.
- Providing extensive support to the Events department, encompassing responsibilities such as expense management, diligently tracking budgets and undertaking various event-related projects.
