Field Strategy CoordinatorAbout Tetra

Tetra is leading the clean energy transformation by adding transparency and efficiency into a forgotten industry. We're revolutionizing how homeowners adopt energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, reducing carbon emissions while lowering utility bills. Our platform creates a seamless experience for homeowners while "super powering" contractors by automating administrative tasks so they can focus on installation excellence and customer happiness.

We're transforming heating and cooling replacements for property owners, a $120 billion industry which makes up 12% of total energy usage in the US. Federal and state governments allocate billions in incentives to help homeowners choose high-efficiency systems—now at unprecedented levels thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022—but these dollars are historically underutilized due to lack of customer awareness. We're democratizing and unlocking those incentive dollars starting in Massachusetts and expanding to new markets.

About The Role

The Field Strategy Coordinator will drive community engagement through strategic event planning and execution to increase awareness and adoption of energy-efficient home heating and cooling solutions. This role is responsible for managing a team of Field Specialists who connect directly with homeowners in targeted communities, creating memorable experiences that educate and inspire action.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, a passion for sustainability, and experience in event management. Reporting to Tetra's VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our community outreach and growth goals.

Our 35-strong team is mostly based near Boston and New York City, but we're distributed across 12 states (and 7 countries) and work remotely. This role, while based wherever you call home, will contribute to Tetra's mission to revolutionize clean energy adoption.
