monday.com is seeking an Event Sponsorship Manager to lead, develop, and execute our sponsorship strategy for our annual customer conference, Elevate. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships that align with our brand, generate revenue, and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of event sponsorships, partner relationship management, and is highly collaborative with cross-functional teams.

This flagship conference features world-class keynote speakers and thought leaders from across the business technology landscape. With three multi-day in-person events in North America (NYC), EMEA (London), and APAC (Sydney), along with a robust online component (attracting over 120K registrants in 2023), Elevate is a global series at the forefront of innovation. We are seeking a senior manager to join our team to lead all aspects of Elevate sponsorship and partner relationships globally supporting the growth of this program.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.


About The Role:

Sponsorship Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance the value of Elevate
  • Identify and secure sponsorships for key events and channels, negotiating contracts and tailoring packages to align with partner goals
  • Track sponsorship trends to keep offerings competitive and innovative

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners, ensuring sponsor objectives are met and customer experiences are enhanced
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify and align opportunities with monday.com’s brand values
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsorship partners, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating communications

Campaign & Event Execution

  • Work closely with event and marketing teams to develop engaging sponsorship activations that drive value for attendees and partners
  • Oversee the implementation and success measurement of sponsorship campaigns, gathering feedback for continual improvement
  • Support event logistics to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met, coordinating with operations and production teams

Data-Driven Performance & Reporting

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sponsorship success, using data insights to optimize engagement and retention
  • Develop post-event reports for sponsors, summarizing metrics, insights, and future opportunities

Requirements

  • 4+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or event management, with a proven track record of securing sponsorship deals (6+ years in the tech industry)
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on execution
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance measurement and reporting
  • Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters
  • Experience with monday.com an advantage
  • Knowledge of sponsorship trends within physical and online events

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $130,000-$160,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
