Your Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with internal Brooks teams to build and execute fully integrated programs that drive product trial, purchase, and customer data acquisition
- Support the partner-level strategy for brand activations and execute Brooks brand moments and marketing campaigns at events and activations in North America
- Develop project plans identifying tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and budget to ensure successful brand activations
- Plan and execute up to 12 events per year, communicating closely with key partners on design/setup/teardown of Brooks’ booths and displays
- Plan, present, and activate seasonal marketing support for key consumer events
- Act as the point person for marketing requests from Event Partners that extend beyond seasonal programs (including Guru/Sales Rep support, social media campaigns, content partnerships) and determine if Brooks can support requests, as well as build plans for approved requests and ensure execution
- Responsible for retail partnerships, and all Sale rep/Guru communication for in-market support at events
- Initiate and oversee cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Product and Sales to ensure effective merchandising plans for events and activations where applicable
- Manage production and brief process for creative assets associated with events and activations
- Identify, secure, and execute local race activations that provide high visibility within the Seattle community, fostering brand awareness and engagement. Build and nurture partnerships with local organizations and running communities, negotiating opportunities to activate at key races and events throughout the year to expand reach and connect with local runners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in events
- Experience in multi-tasking and working effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrated initiative and organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent deadlines
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus
- Ability to create detailed project plans
- Ability to work professionally and efficiently with company partners and internal stakeholders
- Computer proficiency required with MS Office
- A passion for the running enthusiast and active lifestyle
- Ability to travel 30% of the time to national events
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $28.01 - $39.24 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
