We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Event Marketing Lead to spearhead the marketing efforts for Elevate. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives related to the conference, driving both engagement and business impact. You will manage marketing channels, oversee campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the event achieves its key business objectives.

About The Role:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Elevate, with a focus on driving event awareness, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns and their business impact, including registration, attendance, and post-event conversion.
  • Align marketing initiatives with broader company goals, including brand visibility, customer retention, and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the sales, partners, and customer success teams to incorporate their goals and perspectives into the event marketing plan.

Campaign Management

  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social media, paid ads, organic content) and offline channels (event materials, sales enablement, partnerships).
  • Lead the creation and execution of compelling content for promotional campaigns, including email marketing, social media posts, video content, and more.
  • Coordinate with the cross-company teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand creative assets that resonate with Elevate’s target audience.

Data & Analytics

  • Analyze event marketing performance data to drive actionable insights and inform future event strategies.
  • Provide regular reports showcasing campaign performance, event attendance, and ROI metrics.
  • Use data to optimize marketing strategies throughout the campaign lifecycle, adjusting messaging, targeting, and channel tactics as needed.

Event Promotion & Execution

  • Own the attendee journey, from pre-event communications to post-event engagement and follow-up.
  • Lead the development of content and strategies to drive registrations, maximize attendance, and encourage attendee engagement during the event.
  • Manage and oversee the event website, including content updates, registration, and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event marketing at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global large-scale event marketing strategies that drive engagement, leads, and revenue.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing channels (email marketing, paid media, SEO, social media).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
  • Creative thinker with excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
