As an Event Management Product Manager in Global Banking, you will be responsible for onboarding and integrating Stova as the event management platform for Global Banking and Payments. You will ensure that Stova meets the needs of our users and aligns with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, event operations, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver a seamless and efficient event management solution.
Job responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle for the Event Management Platform, from concept to Minimum Viable Product and beyond, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, and operations teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables for each phase of the platform's development.
- Define product requirements and create detailed specifications for platform features, including registration, website management, email communication, attendee management, and reporting.
- Oversee the integration of third-party tools and systems, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and finance applications, to enhance platform functionality.
- Ensure compliance with security and branding standards, including the implementation of Single Sign-On and subdomain routing for email communications.
- Monitor product performance and user satisfaction, using analytics and reporting data to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, including Commercial Investment Banking Marketing Operations, technology partners, and event management teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 + years of experience in Product Management or Product Development.
- Experience with Event Management Platforms such as Stova (formerly known as Aventri) or RainFocus.
- Strong product ownership skills, including experience in designing and delivering product solutions.
- Excellent listener, strategic thinker, and problem solver.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated, fast-paced, and matrixed environment.
- Must be flexible and able to reprioritize depending on business needs.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical skills desired: database management, basic HTML/CSS, marketing automation, Excel, PowerPoint, project management/collaboration tools (e.g., WorkFront, Jira).
