What You'll Be Doing:
As a Payroll Administrator for Europe, you’ll be at the heart of our payroll process! Your main focus will be collecting payroll data, ensuring accuracy, and preparing it for our trusted outsourced payroll providers. From there, you’ll help produce validation reports and tackle any anomalies before submission.
This hybrid role offers a great work-life balance, with 3 days a week at our vibrant European HQ in Edington and the rest remote.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and transcribe payroll data from Workday into provider templates.
- Produce validation and exception reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide top-notch support and guidance to managers and employees on payroll-related queries, in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Build relationships with management teams, offering training and support to ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions.
- Work closely with payroll providers to resolve any issues efficiently.
- Review payment files from payroll providers, raising and resolving issues swiftly.
- Handle bonus payments, salary reviews, and any ad-hoc requests from external bodies.
- Maintain and update our payroll Knowledge Base, ensuring country-specific processes are up-to-date.
- Assist with systems testing, projects, and provide payroll-related training.
What We're Looking For:
- Payroll Pro: You’ve got solid experience in a payroll role, handling payroll for various EU countries.
- Payroll Savvy: You understand statutory payments, deductions, and year-end payroll procedures.
- Excel Whiz: Intermediate Excel skills with an analytical mindset.
- Team Player: You're customer-focused, detail-oriented, and love working collaboratively.
- Problem Solver: A ‘can-do’ attitude with a knack for improving processes and solving problems.
