We are looking for an End User Computing – Citrix Administrator
This role is responsible and accountable for EUC (End-User Computing) VDI Administrator for Pitney Bowes employees and contractors alike, ensuring PB Citrix infrastructure runs optimally, as well as cost effectively. Initial focus is on building and maintaining a resilient multi-cloud deployment providing desktops and applications to end-users. Creating procedures, building knowledge base articles, and reporting will be included in the role. The role also includes responsibility for collaborating with Pitney Bowes IT Teams, vendors as well as HR and Finance to drive continuous improvement of user experience.
Looking for at least 6-8 years of EUC Citrix/Desktop virtualization (Hardware and Software) experience to be working at India office.
The Job

Forecasting short-term and long-term end-user needs and ability to satisfy demand.

Improving new hire VDI provisioning as well as equipment for established employees
-
Overseeing VDI support team during daily operations.

Defining/Coordinating application package creation for deployment via PB Software Center
-
Coordinating the EUC support team including training, career development, and customary managerial responsibilities.

Collaborating with IT support teams & other Support Functional Teams.
-
Defining performance metrics and targets and implementing performance management processes and SRE mindset to use objective and subjective data to drive continuous improvement.

Effectively collaborating with IT, HR, and Pitney Bowes business owner stakeholders to accomplish duties.

Assist with preparing Statement of Work documents and seeking vendor input.
Qualifications & Skills required.

Previous admin-level role in desktop virtualization management experience a plus.

Collaborative - Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
