Job Description
The role presents an exciting and challenging opportunity to an experienced Business Change Manager who wants to work in a dynamic environment with a real opportunity to positively influence the direction and outcome of strategic projects.
You must be an excellent communicator and team player because you will be working closely with project teams, management and the SMEs within Operations. You must also have an analytical mind to discern the potential impact of changes on the company, mainly from an operations perspective, and the efficiencies a project can create.
The functional responsibilities are to establish and enforce strong relationships with our Customers across all business lines, specifically in Operations, to support business readiness, to ensure all processes are streamlined and teams are aligned to minimize the impact of change.
Other job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assess impact of project or initiative on Operations
- Develop business readiness plan for projects and/or change initiatives
- Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
- Support development of communications and training efforts relevant to change initiatives
- Provide reports and relevant updates to management and project teams
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting internal customer relationships
Qualifications & Experience:

- Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
- Project management and planning skills
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads
- Preferably an understanding of the Cards industry with special knowledge of the acquiring arena
- Strong organizational/ facilitation, communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude, the ability to work well with others and to meet and overcome challenges
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and be detail oriented
- Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Sound reasoning ability together with strong problem solving skills and ability to know when to escalate a problem before it becomes critical
- Strong leadership & influencing skills and ability to manage and meet expectations of senior stakeholders
- The role offers a hybrid schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days
