Ethics & Compliance Intern (Summer 2025)

What You Will Do

• Apply your educational experience to solve actual real-world business problems.
• Receive real-life experience in program management within an Ethics and Compliance program.
• Development/refreshing of training materials on third party screening processes.
• Collaborate with peers and regional counsel, and present findings at the conclusion of the internship to the Clarios executive leadership team.
• Lead or support on the third party screening renewal process.
• Work directly with a software supplier making process decisions and implementing updates.

How You Will Do It

• Preparing and project managing the updating or creation of certain policies/processes within the third part screening process.
• Leading a cross functional team to set up a small renewal projects, provide training and updating screening data.
• Assisting with the day-to-day legal support activities, such as reviewing and triaging screening reports.
• Refreshing/developing training methods on selected contracting, risk management and compliance topics for training of business clients.
• Preparing job aides or guidance to be used by Legal and business leaders.

What We Look For

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Political Science and/or relative field of study.
• Project Management and/or Ethics & Compliance experience preferred.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
• Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
• Duration: Summer 2025. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
• Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
