Position Summary
Dar suporte aos processos de compras desde o desenvolvimento, cadastro de fornecedores no sistema, criação de ordens de compra, verificação se os valores estão conforme acordado. Suporte no desenvolvimento e manutenção de fornecedores, assim como análise de dados e relatórios para negociação e monitoramento de performance na área.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Cadastro de itens e fornecedores no sistema;
- Auxiliar na negociação da compra de materiais e contratação de serviços, com o suporte do gestor da área;
- Emitir ordens de compras visando obter materiais e serviços na qualidade correta, no tempo certo, na quantidade exata, da fonte certa, na melhor condição de pagamento e a preço justo;
- Analisar as requisições de compras emitidas pelos solicitantes antes da emissão da ordem de compras visando evitar o desperdício de recursos devido a especificação de material ou serviço incorreto;
- Gerenciar uma carteira de compras, com o suporte do gestor da área;
- Auxiliar o requisitante na criação de requisições de compras;
- Auxiliar nos projetos de melhorias;
- Dar suporte as áreas: fiscal, financeiro, contabilidade, recebimento e custos;
- Gerenciar projetos de economia/melhoria de processo, com suporte do gestor da área;
- Auxiliar a equipe de Compras na emissão de ordens de compra, análise de dados para preparação da negociação.
Minimum Qualifications
- Em formação do Ensino Superior nos cursos de Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatadas;
- Inglês intermediário;
- Pacote Office Intermediário.
