Position Summary
Estagiário para atuar na parte administrativa do Programa Formare Thales Pinhais. Irá se relacionar com alunos do programa, colaboradores da empresa que atuem como Educadores Voluntários.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Controle de pagamentos (Alunos, Fornecedores, Eventos);
- Agendamento de aulas (Enviar convites – Via Outlook);
- Controle de presença (Estudantes);
- Suporte (Educadores Voluntários e Coordenação);
- Controle / arquivo de documentação (Documentos pessoais, atestados e declarações)
- Atendimento às demandas diárias de EVs e alunos.
Minimum Qualifications
- Em formação do Ensino Superior, área de Administração ou
Educação; - Pacote Office intermediário.
