RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Perform internal audits for QMS and all Regulatory permits, programs, and procedures. Oversee any findings and corrective actions taken to close the gaps.

Maintaining QMS documentation control and overseeing QMS management team meetings.

Manage all documentation related to the management systems including audit reports, nonconformance/corrective action tracking and completion
-
Ensure integration into existing Business Line processes for standard Product Stewardship review. This should include processes for compliance validation and
overall regulatory review for items such as OSHA, TSCA, DSL, international inventory, SDS, Label and DOT/TDG compliance.

Participate in MOC process concerning changes to processes/procedures/permits and new construction.

Performing some local outside supplier evaluation audits

Training/Introducing employees to our QMS system.

Overseeing customers quality performance evaluations.

Respond to and investigate customer complaints, regulatory inquiries regarding the company’s products.

Coordinate any regulatory compliance responses with ESHQ team, Plant management, Engineering and Environmental consultants

Oversee external ESHQ audits, QMS certification/surveillance audits, customers audits, and regulatory agencies such as OSHA, ADEQ, and EPA.

Participating in establishing new certifications · Plan, coordinate, and conduct management reviews as required
REQUIREMENTS

Superior organization, leadership and communication skills required to meet challenges of this position.
-
Well-developed oral and written communications/presentation skills.
-
Trainer and Moderator skills.
-
Associates degree in a technical field required; BS and/or MS degree in a technical field preferred.
-
A minimum of three years of related experience and/or training, beyond the BA, is required.
-
Project management experience and excellent communication skills are required.
-
Good organizational skills with good documentation ability.
