Who we are looking for

The ERP Implementation Project Manager (“Project Manager”) shall evaluate, plan, and implement ERP solutions for Re:Build Manufacturing, LLC (“Re:Build”) member organizations. The Project Manager is responsible for the gathering of requirements, evaluation, design, and the successful deployment of ERP software. The Project Manager shall also set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress while working in concert with the Re:Build member company leadership.

PLEASE NOTE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must be commutable to a Re:Build location: Framingham, MA; Wilmington, MA, Nashua, NH, Rochester, NY, Kalamazoo, MI, Avon, OH, or Denver, CO

Travel: 50% travel 

What you get to do

  • Provide project management and oversight of software implementations including the development of plans, schedules, tasks, resources, and communication of status to all stakeholders.
  • Manage the scope, timeline, and implementation budgets while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all member company stakeholders.
  • Serve as an expert and evangelist, and the point of contact for questions concerning the ERP project.
  • Manage the business, functional, data conversion, and training requirements for each Re:Build member company deployment.
  • Facilitate project meetings involving internal and external stakeholders including vendors to ensure cross-group collaboration and engagement.
  • Proactively identify issues, risks, or concerns based on activities and timeframes and lead an effort to identify appropriate solutions to mitigate the impact on the project.
  • Provide timely updates to management and relevant stakeholders on the project status, budget, timeline, and potential risks.
  • Manage third party vendors and review and approve their expenses related to managed projects.
  • Conduct post-implementation follow-ups, ensuring user satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Note that no more than 2 member companies shall implement an ERP solution concurrently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the Team

  • 10+ years of overall relevant business experience in ERP project management in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Prior experience in the management of mid to large multi-site ERP software projects and development teams.
  • Proficiency in ERP applications for manufacturing and professional services organizations.
  • Hands on approach, strong analytical and business process design skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration including conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, presentation, and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage the workload under time constraints.
  • Highly motivated and self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and positive attitude in difficult situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, accounting, business, or technology-related field preferred.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience with lean and organizational change management is a plus.
  • Travel required.
