Your role here
The ERP Functional Manager is responsible for acquisition integrations, process improvement, operational learning and development program and content, and achieving standard processes in support of TricorBraun goals and operating principles within the Warehousing sector. You'll identify critical proficiencies in our Warehousing positions and partner within business units to ensure new team members are onboarded in a way to support their success, as well as receive the ongoing development needed to drive business outcomes. Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required as you will be the key person that is relied on to problem solve and troubleshoot transactions.
Essential Functions and Duties

Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.

Leads functional integration and change management efforts for acquisitions. Determines gaps during process alignment phase, ensures master and transactional data is accurate prior to uploading into the ERP, conducts learning sessions for new Team Members, performs testing activities including User Acceptance Testing, and provides go-live support during the transition to the new ERP.

Assists with leading and/or implementing cross-functional business initiatives. Defines and documents business requirements and processes.

Collaborates between business units, identifying operational inefficiencies and determining system improvements, and identifying best practice and implementing change (to include business process and/or technical changes), etc.

Leads learning materials and session for Operational Team Members. Creates interactive, on-line courses, develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducts live learning sessions.

Assists with onboarding Operations personnel. May provide additional support or on-going training as needed.

Travel us upto 30% during the year. The travel mainly exists to the acquistion sites to help lead integration activities, test system changes, train Team Members, and support during Go-Live.

Bachelor’s degree in business management or business administration (preferred) with 3 or more years of related experience or the equivalent combination.

Extensive experience in warehouse sales orders, warehouse purchase orders, direct delivery orders, sales agreements, purchase agreements, credit and deduction notices, item creation and management, customer and vendor management, and pricing

Strong acumen in change management processes including heavy training experience and documenting processes.
