Companial is looking for a functional Business Central/Navision consultant to join our Internal IT team in Lithuania. This is the job for you if you love the combination of supporting the internal team and also getting energized to convert business needs into functional/technical requirements. You will be supporting both the Lithaunian and Dutch region. After creating the functional design, you will be working with our development team to implement the new functionality.
What you will do:
- Support the internal organization by using Dynamics Business Central and Navision
- Analyze existing business processes and suggest recommendations for improvements
- Convert business needs into a functional design considering technical requirements
- Work with internal developers to technically implement changes
- Verify and test the developed changes
- Train new employees on how to use internal systems
- Instruct employees on changes related to business processes and internal systems
What we expect from you:
- 2+ experience using and/or consulting on ERP (experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central/ NAV is a big plus)
- Understanding of financial processes and bookkeeping
- Ability to understand Business processes
- Eagerness to try out new things
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to self-learn
- Work in a international environment
- Good English skills (both spoken and written)
