Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated ERP Administrator to join our team. You will be the primary owner of our Microsoft Business Central platform, ensuring its deployment, operation, and integration with manufacturing and supply chain processes. You will bring expertise in ERP systems, a understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain management, and experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP System Management: Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for Microsoft Business Central, overseeing its configuration, maintenance, and optimization to meet our needs.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration between MS Business Central and other critical systems, including MES platforms, to support end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to design, and implement process improvements that use ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • User Support: Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users to maximize the use of the ERP system.
  • Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system, including regular audits and updates.
  • Reporting: Maintain dashboards and reports to provide relevant insights for operations, supply chain, and leadership teams.
  • Compliance: Ensure ERP processes align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead ERP-related projects, including upgrades, customizations, and new module implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Accounting Skills: accounting skillset with an understanding of financial processes and reporting within an ERP system.
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing MS Business Central or similar ERP systems.
  • Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and production workflows.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ERP system configuration, customization, and integration with MES platforms.
  • Ability to translate our requirements into technical solutions and applicable workflows.
  • Resolve system issues.
  • Work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning tools and inventory management.

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
