Position Description
As an Equity Derivative Sales professional specializing in the EMEA region, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and promote our equity derivative products. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, focusing primarily on financial institutions, including Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Long Short funds, and asset management firms. Working closely with our trading, structuring, and quant teams, you will contribute to the improvement of our system and infrastructure for equity derivatives. Your ability to collect feedback from clients regarding pricing and products will be crucial in enhancing our competitiveness in the market. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing market insights, trade ideas, and promptly addressing client requests. Managing the complete trading cycle, from onboarding to post-trade services, will be an integral part of your role. You will collaborate with sales professionals from other product lines to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize revenue generation.
Key Areas of Responsibilities

Promote D1 and Prime product offers to clients in the EMEA region.

Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while actively expanding the client base with the main focus being financial institutions including Hedge Fund, Pension Fund, Long Short, Asset Management etc.

Collaborate with trading, structuring, and quant teams to enhance our system and infrastructure of Prime system.

Gather feedback from clients to improve pricing and product competitiveness.

Prepare and provide market insights, trade ideas, and timely responses to client requests.

Manage the complete cycle of the trading process including onboarding, trading and post trade services.

Collaborate with sales professionals from other product lines to identify cross selling opportunities.
Requirements

Approximately 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or related discipline(s).

Good communicating skills.

Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
