EPM Systems Analyst

Job Description

Join our growing Enterprise Application Support team as EPM Systems Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a global software company and gain knowledge of systems like OneStream or Anaplan.

The role will sit within the FP&A and EPM Solutions team within our IT organisation and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running and enhancement of our applications portfolio. The position can be 100% remote based out of Ireland, UK, Czechia or Bulgaria.

Focus Areas:

• Ensure that the production environment is stable, and performance is maintained. 

• Manage user access and licenses.

• Support the Finance team in system month-end processes

• Loading of Revenue & Trial Balances including resolving any mapping errors

• Reconciliation OPEX between systems

• Acquisition TB data loads

• Supporting end user queries

Required skills & experience:

• Experience in system administration, ideally finance software

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well independently with minimal direction.

• Stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge constructively

• Passion for creating fantastic user experience

• Advanced communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management systems such as Anaplan or OneStream. Training on the Core system can be offered.

• Good knowledge of core financial and wider enterprise performance management processes (consolidation, planning, budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting and analytics, incentive and compensation management etc) is a plus.

• Ability to create holistic integrated solutions.
