EPAWSS Support Integration Specialist (Experienced or Lead Level)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an experienced, energetic, and forward-thinking Experienced or Lead Level Support Integration Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas.
The selected individual will play a critical role in production and modernization efforts within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), and Boeing Global Services (BGS) sustainment post-production.
The selected individual will support multiple platforms of the F-15 Eagle fleet and Integrate within EPAWSS and other F-15 platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) with a strong understanding of support requirements and definitions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in collaborative environments.
- Demonstrated capability to lead projects, manage multiple deadlines, and contribute to proposal development.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and provide necessary technical information.
- Develop and implement processes for documenting and maintaining technical data and procedures.
- Create and maintain reports, master schedules, and program implementation plans.
- Coordinate and gather data for estimates to support proposal activities and R&D efforts.
- Conduct presentations and status reviews to communicate project progress and monitor execution of support programs.
- Review program and engineering change proposals, assessing their impact on product support.
- Support the establishment and enhancement of integrated support infrastructure.
- Position requires on-site work in San Antonio, TX, with potential travel as needed.
- May be asked to support other military programs as needed.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options (San Antonio, TX).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 + years’ experience in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) capacity (e.g., Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, LSA, FSR, Retrofit, Provisioning, or Supply Chain) and/or Project Management.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 14 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant background in aircraft sustainment.
- 6+ years’ experience in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) capacity (e.g., Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, LSA, FSR, Retrofit, Provisioning, or Supply Chain) and/or Project Management.
- Previous experience or knowledge of F-15 aircraft.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct teams and drive project execution.
- Experience in proposal development and tracking/ providing Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Contract experience is advantageous but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technically complex information to PM and USAF as required.
- Experience in Kitting/Supply Chain and/or working with Air Force customers.
- Proven ability to interface with or present to domestic and/or foreign customers.
- Proficient in databases and the Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.

Experienced Level Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450
Lead-Level Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
