Job Description:

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in designing and implementing Envista's global transfer pricing policies and update them as new developments occur, such as those related to business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning initiatives, and tax law changes.
  • Oversee external advisors and lead Envista's global transfer pricing compliance, including the preparation and review of its master file, local files, and cost sharing documentation.
  • Lead the operational transfer pricing (OTP) for Envista, including the review of OTP transfer pricing calculations and the coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the operational aspects of TP are efficiently executed across the organization.
  • Prepare and review intercompany agreements in conjunction with internal and external counsel to ensure Envista's global transfer pricing policies are appropriately implemented and maintained.
  • Collaborate with external advisors and cross-functional teams to govern Envista's Country-by-Country reporting, including its U.S./local CbC filings and global CbC notifications.
  • Assist with tax audit defense for Envista entities related to transfer pricing aspects.
  • Support global tax planning initiatives, including analysis, development, and implementation.
  • Support Envista’s Pillar Two reporting.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or Accounting.
  • 8-10+ years of transfer pricing or related experience with a combination of public accounting and industry experience preferred,
  • Ability to work independently on transfer pricing projects with limited oversight.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. transfer pricing regulations and OECD transfer pricing principles is required.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Visio required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate degree, PhD and/or professional certifications preferred.
  • Big 4 experience working with multi-national businesses, preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail. 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
