A caregiver in this position works evenings, 3:00pm—11:30pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Supervise the functions, daily operations and caregivers in the Environmental Services department.

Provide effective utilization of personnel, policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe and attractive environment.
-
Continuously inspect assigned areas to ensure high quality cleaning and maintenance is being performed.

Maintain staffing levels and approve and schedule paid time off and leave requests.
-
Ensure cross coverage.
-
Coordinate and provide orientation, education and training.

Improve procedures and processes.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

High school diploma or GED.
-
One year of experience as a Work Leader, Team Lead, Project Manager of Supervisor.

A bachelor’s degree may substitute the experience requirement.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Requires full body motion, including ability to perform work while lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, stooping, crouching, squatting and reaching.

Light Work - Exerting 11 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
