Description

Capital Technology Group (CTG) is seeking a sharp, talented, and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Operations Associate supporting our Talent Strategy, Recruiting and Business Development efforts. In this multifaceted role, you will assist various aspects of our operations, gaining exposure to multiple functions within the organization.

This position blends technical recruiting, technical writing, and business development responsibilities, contributing to our company's continued growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a passion for technology, business development, and recruiting.

Requirements:

  • Remote work with priority given to candidates located in the DC area, followed by those in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Highly organized and skilled at multitasking, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to managing and balancing competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with internal leadership.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with applicants, ensuring a seamless and exceptional application experience.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative to drive solutions.
  • Ability to understand and discuss government clearance statues with candidates.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy & Recruiting 
    • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to assess current and future talent needs. 
    • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and culture. 
    • Provide insights on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Business Growth & Development 
    • Work closely with the business development team to identify growth opportunities, expand client relationships, and support strategic initiatives.
    • Facilitate proposal development processes and manage communications with partners.
    • Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and outreach efforts.
    • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining proposals to support business initiatives.
    • Assist in the capture process to identify new opportunities to facilitate company growth

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workable, etc.)
  • Experience with technical recruiting, technical writing, and/or business development. 
  • Experience in the government contracting space, with an understanding of government contracting processes and requirements.

Salary Information:

We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $40k to $60k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
