Entry Inside Sales Representative

Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business is looking for an Entry Inside Sales Representative (Level 1) to join our team in O’Fallon, MO or Miami, FL.
The Inside Sales Representative role is to develop existing and attain new business by maintaining customer relationships. The individual should attain or exceed quarterly/annual sales revenue and margin goals by maintaining highest quality and service standard
The selected candidate will be required to work 100% onsite at above mentioned location.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Position Responsibilities:

Enters document data (e.g. order entry, quotes, etc.) into computer and types various forms and documents and reviews customer purchase orders to assess order requirements.

Collaborates with sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and ensures order meet requirements and OTD and reviews customer order books and follow-up on actions required.

Proofreads paperwork with computer for part number and for accuracy.

Supports the department Director and Managers in day to day tasks including coordinating activities between departments and external stakeholders.

Compiles and analyzes data for review, contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.

Review of Customer purchase orders to assess order requirements.

Adheres to record keeping processes and distributes incoming faxes and mail, operates all office machines and takes incoming calls and handles them in a professional manner.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

0-2 years of related work experience

An equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job-training, or work experience

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Must be able to communicate and interact with all levels of management

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Education: Associate Degree, preferred. Or an equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job-training, or work experience

2 - 4 plus years of related work experience (preferred)
