RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contract and coordinate the necessary studies for the technical and environmental due diligence, thus supporting the internal decision-making on whether or not to invest in the area under study. Make all technical reports (environmental, topographical, arboreal, drilling) compatible, ensuring the best implementation of the project
2. Ensure that all project managers obtain all necessary licenses for the start of construction and the perfect functioning of the logistics parks.
3. Ensure that all the company's properties are regular before the city hall and other bodies. Registration with real areas to the existing property, IPTU rates, change from rural to urban, aiming to have all regular properties.
4. Support the new business department in site plans studies, providing support through research on current municipal and environmental legislation.

CHALLENGES
